I’m so glad you found me!

I’ll start right off with this: I absolutely love what I do. Photography has been a lifelong passion for me, from the time my Mamaw gave me my first film camera. We would vacation every year in the place I now call home – the Great Smoky Mountains. I took photos of absolutely everything – the trees, mountains, my family, the stone walls at the lookouts. I loved photographing the details of those trips. I still have that same thrill every time I step into a shoot, and I want you and your family to have an absolute blast at your session.

Hey there! 

Whether we're running around with your littles collecting rocks and  chasing the sunset, or I get to spend the whole day adventuring with you and your partner capturing every beautiful detail of your long-awaited, much-anticipated elopement, my goal is to put you at ease and get a good belly laugh out of you at some point in the process. I believe posed portraits have their place, but the really “good stuff” comes in between.

My favorite place in the world, besides the Smoky Mountains of course, is Scotland! 

I was lucky enough to visit there in 2023 (that's James & I running up this beautiful mountain road!) and it absolutely stole my heart. If you are looking for a destination photographer... I am absolutely down to travel with you!!

let's get personal...

My Partner James and I live in Seymour, TN. We have 4 kitties at the time i'm writing this, although that number is subject to increase with no notice. I am not in charge of the cat distribution service, that is up to the universe! i also HAVE THREE amazing CHILDREN, Ev, Finn, and Blake. 

mY FAMILY AND i LOVE TO TRAVEL, AND WE ALSO LOVE LIVE MUSIC. WHEN WE HAVE TIME OFF TOGETHER, WE ARE MOST LIKELY CHECKING OUT A NEW CITY OR AT A CONCERT. 

 If I wasn’t a photographer, I could probably see myself doing one of those food channel shows where you just go all over the world eating new foods and meeting new people.

I travel as often as I can, for work or play, and am constantly on the hunt for my new favorite place.
